When does my card get charged?
You have the option of charging your credit card during booking or after service have been completed. If we are unable to process the payment and charge your card, we will send you an email as a reminder to update your card details
If a credit or refund is required, how is this request handled?
Expect a credit or refund to be received within 3-5 business days of the initial request.
What is Golden Maison Services cancellation policy?
In order to give you the best Golden Maison experience possible, we need time to prepare our Golden Team to ensure we meet all your needs. For this reason, we ask our clients to give us at least 24 hours before cancellation or option to change service date. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment, will incur a 30% fee of the rate.
Do I leave a tip?
Golden Maison team would certainly appreciate it but it's not required.

Pay before or after service option Via Venmo or Paypal.
Set up your weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning service. Also, add any Golden Amenities you would prefer.

How much does it cost to clean my golden home?
Customize your services and an estimate will be calculated towards the end of the booking process.
How do I setup recurring Golden Maison Services?
Your Golden Service will automatically sync to our booking system based on your weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring choice.
What is your 100% clients satisfaction?
Golden Maison Services provides a luxury service, as opposed to basic cleaning, our advantages are only as strong as our client’s satisfaction. If services are not up to your standards, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return no later than 3 days to receive a complimentary service.
What services don't you offer?
There are certain things that we cannot do. Safety is very important to our team and clients.

Will I have the same Golden Maison team member?
Yes! Services will be offered by the same Golden Maison Team member assigned to your location. If the same team member is not available, we will send another qualify Golden Maison team member and notify you.
Do you do Green Cleaning?
We have products that are 100% green cleaning. Let us know your preference in products and our service team will do the best to accommodate your requests!
Do I have to be home for cleaning?
You do not have to be home for Golden Maison to provide service.

How long does Golden Maison Services take?
For any service or Golden amenity, our team members give themselves a reasonable amount of time depending on the status of your home. We will adjust the price point if there:
Larger homes
Post renovations
Hoarding
What if I have pets?
We love fury families, but they may not always return the love. Sometimes our fury family may get anxious around our Golden Maison Team members. Make temporary arrangements for pets while we are servicing your home. During booking process you can leave instructions for our team.
For the safety of our teams, we cannot:
Feed fury family
Clean fury family cages
Walk fury family

What should I do to maximize my Golden Maison experience?
To ensure that the Golden Maison experience is memorable and efficient, we recommend that you take the following steps prior to receiving a service: Communicate openly and clearly with the servicing team when providing instructions and setting expectations. De-clutter the designated area(s) that is being addressed during the scheduled service by: clearing counters/tables, putting away toys, clothes, accessories, securing valuables, etc This will aid the team tremendously to focus on delivering a Golden experience. Performing a walk through at the beginning and end of each scheduled appointment. This eliminates any gray area, while setting clear expectations for both you and the cleaner or servicing team. Specify if there are any focus areas or areas that you would like avoided, this information can be shared in person or by utilizing the customer notes.
We understand that every customer has different expectations, to ensure your needs are being met share your preferences when booking and with the cleaner or servicing team.
